30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your ListingBoost subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@listingboost.app with your order details and we will assist.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
